2021

Very proud to have bred the top working Bracco for 2020, this is the tenth consecutive year! Sincere thanks to Sue & Alan Parr for making this possible.

With no events taking place during lockdown we decided to enter an online working test. This involved filming Kiva undertaking specified retrieves. She came second in puppy and second in the adult class!!

July - Kiva takes her first award, a third at the GLPC WT. So proud of her!

2020

On the 11th May our beautiful Elsa, Bonario Elsha, produced a much awaited litter of 3 girls by our Reuben, Bocia del Bonario. An AI litter it was a new undertaking for us but with such an amazing pedigree it was important for us to have his pups, to incorporate his lines into our breeding. The girls made the decision on which one to keep really difficult but a certain very orange young lady is staying - Bonario Galatea or Kiva to her friends.

Very sadly we had to say goodbye to two of our canine family in June. Cully and Milo had both been unwell for some time, they were given their wings on the same day and we miss them. Cully was always very vocal especially at meal time, the house is quiet without her. She was the dog that convinced me to enter the working world and was a stalwart of our shoot. And Milo, well he was just a big soft lump who thoroughly enjoyed life's comforts and had a real eye for the ladies. He leaves a legacy of some cracking working dogs and some show progeny too. Kiva is his granddaughter so his memory will carry on here.

2019

A couple of quiet years for us, family health and life in general has meant we have not been as active as in the past. Pete and I took a trip to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and where else would we go but a canine event. We travelled down to near Toulouse, in France, to attend the Centenary of the Braque Francais Club. There Wren gained a CAC and her TAN and Elsa a RCAC and her TAN. Not bad for a brief return to the showring!

The trip was tinged with saddness though as we lost Sorcha while we were away. RIP Squidge.

2017

Very sadly we lost Nuala in January, age 14. She left us as she'd lived, with grace and dignity after a very short illness. Hunt free Nu Nu.

2015

Breeder of the Top Working Bracco again!!

Puppies from Milo & Fi arrived on the 3rd of June, 8 bitches and 1 dog! This is a combination we have been working towards. 3/4's Italian the pups will hopefully inherit the working ability of their famous Grandfathers also their breed type. We strive to maintain the dual-purpose Bracco ensuring our dogs remain true to their Italian history. All homed
